1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Describe A Book (describeabook.com), an AI-powered tool that generates platform-specific book descriptions and publishing metadata. The service is operated by D&H Publishing International Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company"). By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to use any manuscript content you submit.

3. Use of the Service

You may use Describe A Book to process manuscripts and generate descriptions for books you own or are authorised to publish. You may not use the service to process unlawful content, infringe third-party intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. AI-Generated Output

Descriptions, metadata and other outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may require human review and editing before publication. We do not guarantee that generated content will comply with every retailer's current requirements, and you remain responsible for verifying accuracy and platform compliance.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of manuscripts and other content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. Generated outputs are provided for your use.

6. Fees & Subscriptions

Where a paid plan applies, fees are billed in advance on the schedule you select. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Describe A Book software, branding and interface are the property of D&H Publishing International Ltd. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the service itself.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, D&H Publishing International Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination
